What does "Kilo" pricing mean exactly?
Every dish on our menu is priced per kilogram. You order the exact weight you want — minimum 250g per dish. The price you see is for 1,000g (1kg). So if you want 500g, it's exactly half the listed price.
Can I mix cuisines in a single order?
Absolutely — that's the whole point. Order 400g of Lucknowi Biryani, 300g of Chipotle Tacos, and 250g of Truffle Margherita all in one. Our kitchen handles it. One delivery, one bill.
Where do you deliver? Is there a minimum order?
We deliver across Delhi, Noida, Greater Noida, Gurgaon, Faridabad, and Ghaziabad. There is no minimum order value — though free delivery kicks in above ₹599. Minimum 250g per dish applies.
How long does delivery take?
30–45 minutes within our 10km delivery radius. We update you on WhatsApp when your order is confirmed, and again when it leaves our kitchen. Everything is freshly prepared — not reheated.
Do you accommodate dietary restrictions?
Yes. We clearly mark all vegetarian and non-vegetarian dishes. We can accommodate most allergies and dietary needs — Jain, gluten-aware, no-onion/garlic, dairy-free variants — when you order via WhatsApp and mention requirements.
How far in advance should I book for events?
For groups of 10–30, a minimum of 48 hours notice is ideal. For corporate catering or events above 50 people, please contact us at least 5–7 days ahead to ensure we can prepare the right quantities fresh for you.
Is your food made fresh or frozen?
100% fresh, every single day. Our kitchen opens at 9 AM and prep begins from scratch. We do not use frozen ingredients, pre-packaged sauces, or any ready-made shortcuts. Chef Priya's standing rule.
Can I order on Swiggy or Zomato?
Yes — find us on both platforms. But ordering directly via our website or WhatsApp always gets you a better price (no platform commission). We also offer exclusive direct-order offers not available on aggregator apps.
